Privacy policy
This policy describes the rules for processing personal data and the use of cookies on the NESS Technology website (nesstech.pl).
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is NESS Technology Sp. z o.o., ul. Nieznana 77, 20-123 Warszawa, Poland (the "Controller"). Data protection contact: kontakt@nesstech.pl, tel. +48 888-000-111.
2. Scope of processed data
Through the contact form we process: full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and any information provided voluntarily in the project description. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to handle the enquiry.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
We process the data to respond to the enquiry and present an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and to pursue the Controller's legitimate interest in archiving business correspondence and establishing or defending against claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention period
We store the data for the period necessary to handle the enquiry and then for the limitation period of any claims under applicable law. Business correspondence that did not result in a contract is deleted no later than after 3 years.
5. Data recipients
The data may be entrusted to providers of hosting, e-mail and IT support services for the Controller — solely to the extent necessary to provide those services and under data processing agreements. If you consent to analytics, statistical data is also received by Google (the provider of Google Analytics) and may be processed in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The data is not sold to third parties.
6. Data subject rights
Every person has the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it and object to its processing. A complaint may also be lodged with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Requests can be sent to kontakt@nesstech.pl.
7. Cookies
The website uses Google Analytics 4 cookies only after consent is given in the banner shown on the first visit. They are used for visit statistics: user counts, traffic sources and page popularity. Declining consent does not limit the website, and the choice can be changed by deleting cookies in the browser — the banner will appear again. Otherwise, only technical mechanisms necessary for the proper functioning of the site are used.
8. Changes to this policy
The policy may be updated as the website evolves. The current version is always available on this page.
