Service and energy in one system

SLA, tickets and alarms analysed together with data from EMS, PV, battery storage and EV chargers. The system simultaneously sees contracted power, current consumption, panel production, storage state and every active alarm — and answers three questions: is the facility operating safely, where is risk rising, and what will lower energy costs.

Prevention over reaction

An alarm from the BMS, fire or energy system automatically creates a service ticket and reaches a technician — often before anyone in the facility notices the problem. Service stops being firefighting and becomes managing risk before it turns into a failure.

One facility database

Every device has a digital technical passport: type, manufacturer, serial number, operating status, alarm history and documentation. All the knowledge about the facility in one place, not in binders and individual heads — available at once, even when the service team changes.

SLA measured, not declared

Response and repair times are counted by the system, and the client sees the status of every ticket and the SLA live in the portal. The service agreement stops being a promise — it becomes a document verifiable at any moment, not at month-end on the basis of assurances.
