Banking sector

Bank office building, Warsaw

Complete installations · supervision

Challenge: Complete installations across an entire bank office building, carried out in parallel on every floor and coordinated with the general contractor's fit-out works. The banking sector imposes heightened requirements — uninterrupted power for critical systems, strict access control to zones, and rigorous technical acceptance. A one-year schedule, delivered floor by floor, left no margin for coordination errors between the trades.
NESS scope: Electrical installations with guaranteed power for critical systems, ICT installations and structured LAN cabling, and an access control system for the office and technical zones. We supervised the works across all floors and continuously coordinated the electrical and ICT trades throughout the building.
Result: All floors — in 12 months.

Upgrade and central BMS

Challenge: Upgrading the scattered BMS automation cabinets and building, from the ground up, a new central BMS that ties the entire facility into one management platform. All of it carried out on a live paper-production plant running in continuous operation — every intervention in the automation had to be planned so as never, even for a moment, to stop the production line.
NESS scope: Upgrade of the existing BMS automation cabinets, design and construction of a new central BMS, integration of the existing control systems, and staging of the works matched to service windows and the production rhythm. We ran the migration in sections, keeping full control of the facility at every stage.
Result: Central BMS — zero downtime.

Logistics

Technology installations

Challenge: The full scope of technology installations for a new logistics-centre warehouse, on a tight construction schedule and with works run in parallel with the structure, ventilation and the other trades. The scope covered both the power and network infrastructure and the security systems, plus automation that lowers the facility's later operating costs.
NESS scope: Electrical installations and hall lighting, structured cabling and LAN, CCTV and access control, and BMS automation controlling the lighting and monitoring utilities consumption. The works were coordinated with the general contractor's schedule and the other trades on site.
Result: Full infrastructure — on time.
